Rising temperatures forecast for Egypt this Saturday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts a noticeable rise in temperatures across most parts of the country. The weather will be warm to moderately hot during the day, while the early morning and night periods will remain significantly cold. Sand and dust storms: Strong winds (30–40 km/h) are expected to stir up sand and dust across Northern Egypt, Greater Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and the Western Desert. This may cause horizontal visibility to drop to less than 1,000 meters in some areas. Light rain: Possible in the evening across the Eastern Coasts and the Nile Delta (Lower Egypt), potentially reaching parts of Greater Cairo. Moderate/thundery rain: Expected in the evening over the Northwestern Coasts and the Western Desert. Thunderstorms: There is a 20% chance of thunder and lightning, which may be accompanied by strong downward wind gusts. Morning fog: Light clouds or mist may appear in the early morning, slightly affecting visibility on some inland roads.
