Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and Minister of Defense and Military Production General Abdel Meguid Sakr approved on Thursday the recruitment of a new batch of conscripts for military service beginning April 2026.
Registration starts December 27, 2025.
Eligible candidates include university graduates born between September and December of any year up to 2005, who obtained their degrees or completed internships between February and July 2025.
Graduates with above-intermediate and intermediate qualifications who meet similar criteria are also eligible, along with non-degree holders born between September 1 and December 31 of any year up to 2005.
All candidates must report to recruitment offices for registration and medical exams according to their respective schedules.
Required documents include a national ID, a military service card, academic certificates, and other relevant personal records.
Recruitment also includes medical checkups, required documentation, and registration at designated offices. Applicants with valid grounds for exemption, deferral, or exception must present appropriate documents.
