The General Command of the Bahrain Defense Force announced on Friday that its air defense systems continue to counter successive waves of Iranian terrorist attacks. It added that since the start of the aggression, 84 missiles and 147 drones targeting the Kingdom of Bahrain have been intercepted and destroyed. The General Command emphasized that the use of ballistic missiles and drones to target civilian infrastructure and private property constitutes a flagrant violation of international humanitarian law and the UN Charter. It warned that these indiscriminate and criminal attacks pose a direct threat to regional peace and security. The General Command urged all Bahraini citizens to remain at home and only leave for essential reasons, exercising extreme caution to ensure their safety. They also advised staying away from damaged sites and any suspicious objects. The public was asked not to film military operations, to avoid photographing debris sites, and to refrain from spreading rumors. It emphasized that information should only be obtained from official sources, and that official and government media outlets should be monitored for information, alerts, and warnings.
